Since the first release in 2014 both the still wines and sparkling wines have been extremely well received by customers, wine judges and expert enthusiasts. Our single vineyard approach means 100% of the grapes come from the Wythall vineyards.
We practice a low-intervention approach, which, when combined with the rich Herefordshire soil, means that we consistently grow grapes of the finest quality to ensure the production of superb, complex English wines that demonstrate the character and qualities of the local terroir.
Wine Awards 2025
We were delighted to have been awarded two 2025 silver medals from Wine GB for our Pinot Noir Reserve 2023 and Siegerrebe 2023. Wine GB West also awarded the Best Red trophy to our 2023 Estate Red in 2024. The Independent English Wine Awards #IEWA25 also awarded a silver medal to our 2024 Vintage Rosé.
Book a vineyard and wine tasting tour conducted by members of the McIntyre family. You will be guided through our Herefordshire vineyard, learn about the successful growing methods used to work with the British climate and then spend some time tasting some of our delicious wines in the Manor House.
There are two separate, self-contained cottage-style accommodation areas situated in the west wing of the Manor House. Here you can enjoy a self-catering holiday or mini-break at Wythall Estate and enjoy the peace and quiet of the naturally beautiful grounds and see an abundance of wildlife. Wine tasting and Vineyard tours can be arranged for guests.
On selected Sunday afternoons during the summer, we welcome guests to our garden at Wythall Estate. Open from 12.00-6.00pm, our English wines are available by the glass or bottle, along with a menu of locally produced charcuterie and cheese platters. Nuts, breads, olives, cornichons and local crisps are also available. All served and enjoyed in the stunning setting of our lakeside garden where you can enjoy a very relaxed Sunday afternoon.
Experience an alfresco dining experience in the heart of our vineyard. Acclaimed guest chefs curate local, seasonal tasting menus, all paired with Wythall Estate wines. The evening begins with the opportunity to take in our 500-year history with guided walk through the vines before canapés and fizz on our front lawn. These are relaxed, unhurried evenings celebrating premium wine, exceptional food and the quiet beauty of the Herefordshire countryside.

We offer a FREE local delivery service to your front door for customers who live less than 15 miles away from Wythall Estate. Just order a minimum of 6 bottles and we will deliver your wine safely and securely to your home.
We take your payment by bank transfer, so simply call 01989 566868 to get our details, make your payment, and we’ll get your wine to your front door. When you run out just give us another call.

Wythall Estate offers two self‑contained accommodations in the west wing of the 16th century Manor House.
